Event styling is also a passion of ours and we have invested in a full collection of design pieces that couples have complimentary access to when they book with us.

 

We are known for our centerpieces and table accents, as well as our signature fresh floral designs. Our collection is brand new and we have a number of different looks and styles to compliment your unique wedding aesthetic, plus the hands and feet to bring it all together on your wedding day.

 

We are an extension of you, a team you can trust to oversee all the details and event logistics on your behalf, while providing you expert advise and recommendations throughout the planning phase. With a little DIY, a lot of creativity and the right vendor connections, we work together to bring your vision to life in a way that is both artistically beautiful and in line with your budget. 

the SIGNATURE PACKAGE

  • Full scale event management and a dedicated team to manage all wedding activities

  • Assistance with budget allocation, timelines, event design and wedding day logistics

  • Preferred vendor list and recommendations on venues + wedding professionals

  • Venue site tour(s) to discuss floor plan, wedding traffic and design ideas

  • Consult on event styling plans, color palettes and placement of wedding vignettes

  • Work with florist to consult on both event florals and wedding party flowers

  • Discuss options for tablescape, centerpieces, florals and general event décor

  • Review venue rentals to determine what is included vs what needs to be sourced

  • Research special event rentals for availability, pricing and delivery options

  • Coordinate print and production of seating chart, place cards, programs + signage

  • Guide design plans for welcome sign, directional signs and other event signage

  • Research ideas for card boxes, cake toppers, personalized gifts and guest favors

the luxx PACKAGE

  • All services listed in the Classic + Signature Packages

  • Organize venue tours and offer recommendations for ceremony + reception spaces

  • Assist with vendors bookings, review contracts and share Preferred Vendor List

  • Research guest accommodation options and organize Hotel Blocks

  • Review wedding budget and cost estimates based on your preferred guest count

  • Coordinate print and production of save the dates and wedding invitations

  • Manage the wedding website and update content as required

  • Consult on catering plans for food and beverage service including host bar options

  • Consult on event design + liaise with décor groups, florists and print specialists

  • Assist in creating floor plans for ceremony, cocktail and reception spaces

  • Organize planning sessions + site tours + provide regular event updates

  • Act as the point of contact for all vendor communication and inquiries
